The director of the National Institute of Vernacular Languages, Vatomene Kukanda, on Monday in Ndalatando, northern Kwanza Norte Province highlighted the need to use the vernacular languages in literary works as one of the main means for the development and learning of the country's indigenous languages, ANGOP has learnt.
