LOCAL Government Areas' Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) will remain low and insignificant if both the states and Federal governments continue to overlook infrastructural developments in the hinterlands.It will even become worse in areas where some of the council areas are inaccessible and lacking in any commercial or industrial setup.
