National Union of Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers Union (NUPENG), Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN), Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) branch, have issued a 21-day ultimatum to the Federal Government to rescind its decision to appoint a pre-shipment inspector or risk industrial action.
