Foreign correspondents and local journalists filing for international media have expressed anger over the introduction this week of hefty accreditation fees, apparently aimed at stifling their work.

You will get more and more of these events. Foreign companies getting big penalties, tourists getting big fines, journalists paying a lot of money for their licences only meant to receive forex in the bizar primitive junglestate under supervision of zanubaboons.
Mirror this with North Korean policies. Seems Mugabe and the Herald have learned how to twist and suppress the news....
