The latest UNAIDS Report estimated that 33 million people around the globe are living with HIV; 22 million in Sub-Saharan Africa alone. Around 2.7 million new HIV infections occurred worldwide in 2007. However, encouraging new data suggests there have been significant gains in preventing new infections in several African countries with high prevalence rates.

how can you say that this report means nothing? progress is progress, and AIDS is a prevalent issue in every country, not just the four you mentioned here. any gains should be justly celebrated. don't be ignorant.
If only people at the top in africa could put their money where they mouth is e.g. stop their corrupt practices and try to bridge the gap between rich and poor
This report means nothing, zero, zilch to me.
I want to see numbers and data from hardest hit nations like Botswana, Swaziland, Namibia and South Africa.
