The head of the joint security committee and cease fire of the transitional government and the Alliance for the Re-liberation of Somalia(ARS), Hessein Siad Qorgab, has denounced Monday insurgent attacks against Ethiopian troops in Mogadishu as they are withdrawing from the country.
