Angolan presidency at the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) as well as the perspective of cooperation with Norwegian Kingdom Tuesday here topped the talks between the Angolan National Assembly Speaker, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos, and Norwegian ambassador, Jon Vea.
