Education is definately needed. The Judges are supposed to be educated yet they will do like many men who are in the boys club excuse bad behavior. No woman should be forced period. I don't care if she is Christian, Muslim, Buddist etc, etc. It is horrible to think that it's accepted! When harsh time is given it will help the message as well as education. Africa needs to stop making excuses and do what is right. In far to many african countries this pratice of violence aganist women is the norm this is a shame. Leave ancient customs in the past they serve no purpose in this day and age. The only thing that should be discussed is passing laws immediately to protect women. I don't think ALLAH thinks is okay to rape a woman or a child! It's not in the Koran.
