There is now scarcity of commercial motorcycles in Ilorin, as the Kwara state command of the Federal Road safety Corps (FRSC) has arrested over 2000 monocycle riders over non compliance with the safety helmet as directed by the federal government since the nation-wide implementation of the policy kicked-off in January this year .
