South Africa: Hearings Planned on Changes to 'Disastrous' Seta System

PUBLIC hearings on proposed changes in the sectoral education and training authority (Seta) sector are set for June, National Skills Authority (NSA) vice-chairman Vusi Mabena said yesterday.
