The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives at the 52nd National Legislature, Tokpah J. Mulbah on Monday, May 11, 2009, forwarded his brother, Arthur Mulbah and his alleged accomplice, Thompson Karblee to court for prosecution after being charged by police with illegal possession of narcotic drugs.
