FORMER Chiredzi MP and Zanu-PF Politburo member Cde Celine Pote has defended businessman and former commercial farmer Digby Sean Nesbitt, who is facing charges of refusing to vacate State-acquired land, saying he is still in lawful occupation of the farm.
