The NATIONAL Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) yesterday handed over to Delta State government its Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) camp set up for the victims of the conflict between the Joint Task Force (JTF) on the Niger- Delta and militants in the creeks of Warri South-West Local Government at Ogbe-Ijoh community.
