The heads of State and Government of SADC gathered at an extraordinary Summit last Saturday, in South Africa, manifested deep concern about the deterioration of the political situation in Madagascar, characterised by the increment of hostilities among the country's various political groups and noticed the slowness in the process of dialogue among the parties involved.
