Joint military efforts by the UN peacekeeping force in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the country's ramshackle army (FARDC) to neutralize Rwandan Hutu-led militias have been criticized because of the worsening humanitarian crisis in the theatre of operations, the eastern Kivu provinces.

DRCongo will never be in peace as long as the so called government is grasping on the power through Joseph Kabila the Rwandese. He is trying to destabilise this country and plan to be the "saviour" by using every kind of lies and deceipts. He is corrupted and not ready to see DRCongo's population misery. He is the mastermind of all killings, massacre, exactions, kidnapping, rape and the humanitarian catastrophe in this region. MONUC force, if they are positive, should know that Joseph Kabila is the main root of conflict in DRCongo.
