THE COUNCIL FOR EAST AND Central Africa Football Association has turned to Saudi billionaire Sheikh Mohammed Ali Al Amoudi to rescue the region's Senior Challenge Cup. The original sponsors Gateway Television (GTV) shut down early in the year.
