THE Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of Akure, Ondo State Rt Rev Micheal Ipinmoye Wednesday faulted the Federal Government offer of amnesty to militant youths in the Niger Delta Region saying it should first address the fundamental issues that gave rise to militancy in the Region.
