Rwanda: Nine ICTR Prisoners Transferred to Benin

The International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) has transferred nine convicted prisoners from the UN detention facility in Arusha to Cotonou, Benin, to serve the remainder of their sentences.
