Group Managing Director, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Dr. Mohammed Barkindo, assured yesterday that the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB), when passed into law, would ensure rapid growth and development of the entire petroleum sector of the national economy.
