THE Movement for Democ-ratic Change (MDC) formation led by Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai risks losing its parliamentary majority following the conviction of three of its legislators on various charges, with four others currently appearing before the courts on matters in which expulsion is applicable.

The question is, are these politically trumped up fictitious charges that the ZANU PF have created to give themselves an il-gotten parliamentary majority, knowing that the judges they have bribed previously will rule in their favour?

The principle of separation of powers exist in Zimbabwe. Let the Law take its course AwT. Let them be proved innocent in the courts. Don't draw fictitious assumptions. Crime is crime. Some people would like to learn the hard way. You claim to be a democraic party but you preach violence and harbour in your houses arms to overthrough a legitimate Government? Moyo, Any crime committed should be handled by the law, then why don't we see any Zanupf guys going to court and when they do, they are immedately pardoned by Bob. Every one has seen it time and time again . This is just another ploy by Bob to rob Zimbabwe of it's gains.

I do believe that when this type of fake moralising rubbish sprouts from the postings of the impostor and irrelevant supporters of Mugga ,there can only be suspicion as to the truthfulness of the facts.Murderers,thieves ,rapists judging their fellow Zimbabweans is not and cannot be accepted .Fabricated evidence put forward by these cretins has only confirmed how much credibility and humanism they actually lack. Iwe Zazu, are you saying that simply because Chebundo committed rape so there must be some other Zanu Pf MP who should also commit the same crime now so that your illgotten hypothesis can then be measured and be put to test? Zanu pf Mps have gone thru the learning curve and I have mentioned that in the past some Zanu Pf senators have committed the same crimes and they were locked up and eventually lost their seats. I do not have to mention names but it is public knowledge. None of them have aver been pardoned by HE the President of the Republic. So what you are suggesting is nosensical. We have some who got involved in exchange control violations like Chris Kuruneri a Zanu MP Minister, and what happened to him? Was he pardoned? Read and follow issues.
If ever there is going to be some pardon by HE the President (RG Mugabe), then perhaps it will be on the MGC MPs.
As for the loss of the parliamentary majority by your MDC party, we shall see when we get there. So stop the usual hogwash.
By the way, if they lose their arliamentary majority, HALELUYA!!!!!! and ZANU PF will certainly take up the seats through the normal system. So sit tight and say your usual prayers and keep scratching your wish list.

Zanu PF didn't win the election so should not be in a position to dictate to anybody about anything. Their big fear is the ringleaders and the abusive murdering gophers will end up having to answer to real law enforcement if the don't try every desperate means to hold on to their illigetimate power. They are deadset scared of the international condemnation and very real consequences they all face for their murdering ways.

Well one agrees that no one is above the law, but it must be applied equally. So lets start with Mug ape. Firstly he is guilty for mass murder 20 000 Matebele in the 1980's. Exciting violence and further murders through to 2009. So lets put him in jail first. Then lets start with Gono - now he personally stole my fathers pension and I have the proof, so lets put him in jail next. Then there is the SO called rotten Tomato the minister of no justice. So for subverting the course of justice for his own ends lets put him in jail. AND so we can go on through the whole rank of zanupf. So you can see dear readers it is a matter fairness to put most of ZANUpf in jail. THen lets hold some new elections because by the state of Zim's jails zanupf wont last long. Two weeks to starve to death like they have done to the countless other victims of petty crime. What a country! To think it was once well run by racist whites, by comparison the Mugabe era has made Smith look like a saint. Mugabes racist remarks make anything Smith said or did pale into comparison. It will be noted that Mugabe will be not associated with the glorious liberation from white rule but to put Zim under worse conditions than before. Thats what will go into the history books. History will also note the rule of Zim by Mugabe as a corrupt inept and pathetic piece of human trash.
Any act which then warrants prison is crime. In our constitution,the concept is well covered. If anybody commits a crime, they go inside irrespect of their race, party affiliation or creed. Nobody is above the law. Rape is a heinous crime. The MDC and ZANU PF parties for that matter should understand rules of the game. There is a certain level of etiquette expected of leadership. I can mention some Zanu pf MPs who went inside for rape cases and had to vacate their seats. It is not like the law is against the MDC. I appeal to all law abiding citizens to understand that all crime committed will face the legal response in our courts. Bennet must watch out as well. If you were playing truant and flouting exchange regulations muchiita money laundering cos you were still throwing stones then, we will persue that to the limit of the law without fear or favour. This includes treason.
