Angola Oil minister, José Botelho de Vasconcelos, on Wednesday left for China, where he will participate on Friday and Saturday in the Think Tank World Summit, in his capacity as chairperson of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC), Angop has learnt.
