FROM every indications, the Niger State Governor, Dr Muazu Babangida Aliyu and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had different notion of the last Democracy Day, an occasion which marked the tenth year anniversary of democratic rule in the country and the two years anniversary of the Aliyu's led administration in the state.
