Supreme Court last Tuesday consolidated the appeals brought by Imo State Governor, Chief Ikedi Ohakim and the Independent National Electoral Commission [INEC] challenging the ruling of the Court of Appeal which held on February 26 , 2009 that it has jurisdiction to hear Martin Agbaso's appeal.
