MOVEMENT for Emancipation of the Niger-Delta (MEND) yesterday bombed the Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL)-owned Okan manifold, which controls about 80 per cent of the company's off shore crude oil to its BOP Crude Loading Platform in Delta State.
