KAMPALA City Council (KCC) edged closer to the quarter-finals of the CECAFA Clubs Championships with a commanding 3-1 victory over Prsions as Congolese side TP Mazembe and defending champions Tusker FC displayed similar ruthlessness on a high-scoring (Friday) night in the championships.
