Supreme Court Chief Justice, Cristiano André, has pledged in Ndalatando, the institution's commitment in supervising the application, by provincial courts, of the pardon and commutation of sentences to prisoners under this year's decree by Angolan Head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos.
