At a pre-conference seminar of the Quadrennial Delegates' Conference of the Nigerian Civil Society Union held recently in Enugu, Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Prof Maurice Iwu raised a very critical issue on the lack -luster attitude of the Nigerian elite in matters of election.
