The first Bishop of Namibe Diocese, Dom Mateus Feliciano Tomás, was introduced last Friday to the faithful of Lubango Archdiocese, in the neighbouring Huila Province, during an Eucharistic celebration chaired by the Lubango Diocese assistant bishop, Dom Gabriel Bilingue, at Sé Catedral parish.
