Luis Gouveia, head of the election office of Mozambique's main opposition party, the former rebel movement Renamo, has called on the Public Prosecutor's Office to investigate the Electoral Administration Technical Secretariat (STAE) because of allegedly constant breakdowns in the digital equipment used in the current voter registration exercise.
