What a load of rumbling incoherent nonsensical gibberish. And to imagine these idiots where running Uganda's national "intellengence" organizations, one can only conclude: nowonder Obote II collapsed like a cheap deck of cards. The only thing conspicuously missing here is intellegence. Military intellegence is really an oxymoron.
