President Yoweri Museveni has congratulated Constance Kabonero over her elevation to the rank of Canon in the Church of Uganda. According to a statement from State House yesterday, Museveni described Kabonero, 76, as an instrumental person who assisted immigrants and local people in the fight against poverty.
