The Angolan Government is creating conditions to facilitate the issuing of entrance visas for participating delegations and foreign nationals interested to attend the Cup of African Nations (CAN2010) to take place next January 10-31 in the country, revealed the minister of Youth and Sports, Gonçalves Muandumba.
