The very unfortunate action of the National Boundary Commission and the Revenue Mobilization, Allocation and Fiscal Commission in the context of seizing the seventy six oil wells organically owned by Cross River State can best be described as coup-de-grace or, infact economic coup-d'tat to the psyche of Cross River State.
