The Commander of the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Nigerian Army Minna, Major General Augustine Ogunedo has called on Nigerians to explore the option of dialogue towards addressing grievances instead of taking up arms to avoid a repeat of the 1967 Nigerian civil war.
