Dear sir, it is usually said that Justice delayed, is Justice denied. Is it normal then for somebody who has spent 9 years in court and won his case, to stay another 5 months after a court order to pay him, and not get his money, even when it is clear that the money was paid to the Registrar, pending the end of the case, which has now come. Something must be done in our Justice Ministry to make things move faster. Thanks.
