I consider myself as one on the outside looking in at SA. Just a suggestion, if there is not one in place. Why not have a school for such young girls to continue their education along with their peers. In such a school, you can organise a kindergarten where the young mothers can bring their children to, and during the intervals such mothers will be able to go and nurse/take care of their child, instead of leaving baby at home. Such a school/kindergarten will also serve to employ other young people or even grandmothers. Think about that. Girls in that unfortunate situation would not feel pressured by their teachers, and should be able to focus on school work knowing that baby is just a few steps away. Besides there will be a better bonding between mother and child(baby). Also, if there is not in place have a course in such schools if not all schools where students are taught the rudiments of safe sex, no sex, whatever you want to call it. Also show them the advantages/disadvantages of having sex at too early an age. Emphasis should be made on the importance of their future well being. As children at a later age are usually stronger and more developed and besides the parents will be better able to support their child. Peace and good luck
