The Vice-Speaker of the National Assembly and daughter of the soil, Emilia Monjowa Lifaka, was on June 27, 2009 given a hilarious welcome in Buea, during a ceremony organized by Traditional Rulers of Buea Sub-Division. Honourable Lifaka, who hails from the Bonjongo Court Area in Buea, was being honoured for her election, last March, as Vice-Speaker of Parliament.
