Leader of the Niger Delta Peoples Volunteer Force (NDPVF), Alhaji Asari Dokubo yesterday approached a Federal high court sitting in Abuja with a request to invalidate the amnesty granted by President Umaru Musa Yar'Adua to Niger Delta militants.
