Africa: G8 Commits $20 Billion to Food Security in Africa

Leaders of the G8 (Group of Eight) industrialised countries at the end of their three-day summit in L'Aquila, Italy, yesterday pledged $20 billion in farm aid to developing countries facing food crisis.
