Zambia: DEC Nabs Senegalese Businessman, Spouse Over $21,000 Fake Notes

THE Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) in Lusaka has arrested a Senegalese businessman together with his Zambian wife for being in possession of US$21,000 counterfeit notes.
