Legendary Monica Ntege, arguably the best amateur lady golfer of this generation, has won all but the Uganda Ladies Open. Although she will be a definite favourite when the ninth edition of the Open tees off this morning at the par-72 Uganda Golf Club (UGC) Kitante course, Ntege cuts a resigned posture when asked about her chances.
