The release of Mr Cholmondeley is a sad thing for Kenya. I watched the news on the televion where the family of Mr Njoya was shown, ophaned and widowed. Life not to be the same to this family. Yet Mr Tom Cholmondeley is free, after all. For me, we can sum up the whole story as a systematic strengthening of the culture of impunity in Kenya. why? The law is not fairly applied to all. It all depends on who you are and what you have. I think Mr Cholmondeley should have been left atleast to finish the eight months in jail, since he had already been favoured by the previous judgement. What does the whole senario say to the family of Mr Njoya, the relatives and Kenyans at large? Kenya! which way are the judgement systems moving?

KENYA, is this justice for the African killed by this barbarian European thief? If you (Kenya Govt) can do this to a fellow Kenyan, what hope can an African from somewhere else have for justice if confronted with similar situations? KENYA, you are a disgrace to our fallen heroes, those that are behind the arm twisting of justice, you,ll never have peace for as long as you help evil people(invaders) to sack, rape, kill, steal from other Kenyans and any other African for that matter,if such a case where to arise. JUSTICE FOR ROBERT NJOYA, JUSTICE FOR ROBERT NJOYA, JUSTICE FOR ROBERT NJOYA.

Kenyans, you are too humble. Do what Robert Mugabe did with white people, he kicked their butt. A white man killing a black man in Zimbabwe would be killed instantly by a mob or the court would give him the death penalty.

We Zimbabweans stopped playing nice with white colonial types. We throw them in jail, take their land and throw them on the streets to be bitten by by thugs!!!

The releasing of this Delamere Grandson who shot and killed a Kenyan Citizen is an insult to all Kenyans. Can you imagine if some one had shot and killed the aristocrat would they have been given such a lenient sentence ? However the Delamere family have lived as settlers in Kenya for over 100 years and own big junks of land , why do they still call themselves British citizens and not Kenyan ? This case goes to show the looming time bomb problems of land ownership in Kenya. Almost after 50 years after Kenya's Independence from Britain 90% of land is intristically owned by setters and Cholmondeley is a good example of this arrogance. Kenya as an independent state will never move on without correcting this injustice.

Nsubuga, please rally your people and kick these evil thieves out of your ancestral homestead. They were not and never will be Kenyans, their greed and love for stealing is the only thing keeping them there. Now they,re going the extra mile to kill Africans in their own ancestral homestead, something have to be done by Kenyans, this is disgusting.

Why not kill one of the members of their family and see the reaction from the white settlers and the Britons. We in Zimbabwe gave up on anglo white Britons. Our policy is an aggressive on towards them!!!
