While the whole world is aware of the on going violence and population displacement in eastern DRCongo causing abuse, exploitation, neglect and discrimination, the actual government remains inactive to the inhabitants needs. For 8 years in the office more than 1 million (1,000,000) people have died so he doesn't deserve another term as a president. The real number of killed people by him and his armed forces can't be estimated with precision. We would like the international community to exert pressure on him not to stand for presidential election on 2011.
