The Bank of Namibia says there are signs that the worst of the global economic crisis might be over. The central bank noted that some of the positive signs include an improvement during the second quarter GDP of Japan, Germany and France, the rally in global stock markets and the continuing rise in commodity prices as a result of the reversal in investors' perception of the world economy.
