The lawyer representing the man who was deported for allegedly insulting President Ian Khama is contemplating taking the matter to the SADC Tribunal.

If the Indian man had a permanent residency in Botswana,he may have plead
a RIGHT TO A DUE PROCESS acc.to Botswana Constitution...
what means that every citizen or permanent resident has the right to appear
in a court of law and to defend hinself!
If the Indian was JUST a tourist,I do believe Duma Boko will have a success by the SADC Tribunal.
