It is a difficult job to create the conditionalities to enforce the spirit of transparency, accountability and the rule of law and pressurize governement to uphold and implement fiscal discipline and hold them accountable for efficient regulatory frame work for all financial institutions that are within its jurisdiction. Since the creation of Liberia never have I seen a young man, AG Morlu, so eager and full of zeal to fight against the power that be, to foster sound auditing reports reflecting a true and fair view of the financial health of the country " Liberia ".
