Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Mrs. Farida Waziri has accused America of "creating a safe haven for looted funds."

This EFFC lady is with low mentality and psychlogy. How devil you are to accused America. Did america begs anybody to invest in their country or did they stole the money by their selves from nigeria.
