To say low rates of circumcision have made AIDS worse is absurd. The US has 80% of adults circumcised and the AIDS rate here is 3 times as high as in Europe (where circumcision is very rare). Most of the US men who have died of AIDS were circumcised at birth. Circumcision does not prevent AIDS.
Regarding the Qur'an, it does not mention genital cutting for either gender. It DOES say the body is created perfect and needs no alteration.
The primary message of the Holy Qur'an is to follow the whole Bible, not part like the Christians and the Jews think they do. (Qur'an, Ahmad. Numbers 5.68, 69; 42.14.16) The Bible is clear they must be circumcised or be under a curse. Part of the reason is because it is God's covenant with Abraham. Only men are to be circumcised. When a man touches or sees his private part, he is to be reminded that he is connected to a holy God with great promises of blessings for obedience and severe curses for disobedience. Leviticus 26. We must follow God's word as it is written, not as our religious leaders have gone astray.
Ezekiel 44:9 says no uncircumcised in heart or flesh shall enter God's holy sanctuary. The Bible says to flee fornication. God is alive and only turning to His ways can save us.
