This is a welcomed development. I wish to draw attention of the Negotiators to the use of such carbon sinks as Natural Rubber which is abundant in Nigeria and which can be used to improve the lives of farmers by using development of Natural rubber plantations in either gaining carbon credit for International trading or gaining credit for offsetting Nigeria's future emission.
