Left unspoken here is the spilled blood and deths that can be laid at the feet of one named Museveni.
Left unspoken is the amount of money - people's money - spent on these wanton schemes. Meanwhile the infrastructure cramples. The people who showed such resourcefulness in keeping their economy humming during UK's sanctions are dispirited. The once famous Makerere University and Mulago hospital are a fading memory. The once vibrant education system of Amin's days now goes to the dogs.
And the once prosperous Idi Amin's Uganda degenerates into anarchy. [After decades in power, Museveni still blames Idi Amin for his woes. Perhaps the gods of the people of Uganda should have kept AlHajji Idi Amin instead.]
